Professional Power of Attorney guidance and registration assistance for NRI property owners managing properties in Maharashtra from outside India.
As explained in our NRI Registration Assistance services, NRI property owners can execute Leave & License Agreements in Maharashtra by authorizing a trusted person in India through a Power of Attorney (POA).
The Power of Attorney may be granted:
This allows the authorized representative to complete rental agreement formalities and related documentation on behalf of the property owner.
There are generally two common types of Power of Attorney used for property and registration-related purposes:
A General Power of Attorney allows the authorized person to act on behalf of the property owner for multiple matters and responsibilities.
A Special Power of Attorney is issued for a specific purpose or transaction.
We help simplify the process for NRI property owners through professional coordination and convenient documentation support.
For additional convenience, our team can also coordinate doorstep assistance for document handling and final document delivery wherever applicable.
For those NRI customers who are outside India and haven’t still given POA to anyone in India then the same can be done from the country in which they are residing by going to the Indian Consulate/Embassy and requesting them to attest POA in favour of their person of choice in India. Later the same Attested POA has to be sent to the person in whose favour the Authorization letter is prepared. The same person can then reach us and we will help him to Notarize the POA at the comfort of his/her home.
